We started our company in 2021 with four premier classic flavors. Here are the stories behind them.
We never stopped innovating and testing out new flavors since then.

Every holiday season Carly makes batches of her famous granola for friends and family. Since it’s highly addicting, requests are made for it all the time. What better idea than to incorporate a family favorite into a snack bar?  It’s lightly sweetened with pure Vermont maple syrup and packed with quality ingredients, such as dried tart cherries and pecans.

Carly learned to be a DIY kitchen gal from her mom Laura. There were plenty of fruit trees growing up, and Laura crafted jams from her leftover oranges and tangerines. It’s a secret ingredient in many of the Seedbars. Maybe one day we’ll give away her jam-making secrets. You’ll find the fresh orange flavor comes in perfect harmony with toasted coconut. You’ll like this one if you’re a coconut fan!

Raisin Walnut Cookie

Also known as "Berkeley's Bar"


Berkeley is Carly’s six-year-old niece. Berkeley loves raisins and cinnamon. She came to visit her aunt one summer and asked, “Can we make a new flavor for Seedbar?” Carly’s team of two went to work in kitchen R&D. After kid-proofing it, a perfect blend between an oatmeal raisin cookie and banana bread emerged. Carly’s brother Vincent loves all things buttery, so a plant-butter was added to Berkeley’s Bar.

Dark Chocolate Salted Almond

“Who doesn’t love chocolate?” This is Carly’s favorite bar and dedicated to all dark chocoholics. It’s a classic treat for any time of the day – as a snack or dessert. Carly loves chocolate so much she was inspired to do a chocolate tour, join a chocolate group, and watch chocolate documentaries.

Seedbars can be left at room temperature for up to five days.

They are best kept refrigerated to maintain freshness. Keep them cool if left outside.

We do not recommend leaving them out for more than a day or a few hours on a warm day.

They are best eaten within 60 days, however, will last up to 90 days if kept refrigerated.
